Job Overview

New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float to provide high-quality care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work in various group homes located in Skowhegan, Madison, and Solon. As a DSP Float, you will be responsible for providing direct care support, acting as a role model, administering medication, and assisting with personal care.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, be at least 18 years old, and have an active driver's license. Additionally, they should have DSP certification and 40-hour CRMA certification, as well as at least 2 years of experience working in the IDD field.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
