As a Regional Van Truckload driver with Schneider, you'll enjoy a high volume of freight and predictable power lanes. This means you'll have more time on the road and less downtime, allowing you to maximize your earnings.

Key Benefits

* Average pay: $1,020-$1,240 weekly
* Home time: Every other week
* Experience: All CDL holders

Freight and Pay

* 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight
* Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
* Weekly performance pay

Additional Perks

* $2,500 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
* Paid orientation
* Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
