Multilingual Caseworker

Project Open Hand is seeking a Multilingual Caseworker to join our team in San Francisco.

The estimated salary for this position is $24.62-$25.36 per hour, based on industry standards and the location.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to assist clients with various needs, provide support and guidance, and help them access our services.

• Process applications for services and verify eligibility
• Perform intake and recertification for clients, ensuring they meet program requirements
• Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and service delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and volunteers, providing clear instructions and support
• Assess client needs and provide referrals to external resources when necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Knowledge of social services, community resources, and local organizations
