We are seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Specialist-EMT to join our team as a Medical Program Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in operations management, medical terminology, and customer service to drive success in our Innovative Practice Section.

Job Description
The Medical Program Operations Coordinator will maintain oversight of day-to-day operations of specific programs and provide support to the Program Supervisor with coordination of functions of the Innovative Practice Programs. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures
• Overseeing client communications and completion of contractual requirements for telemedical programs
• Facilitating telemedical interactions between patients/clients and medical providers
• Documenting and accurately scribing medical communications
• Prioritizing job duties while utilizing excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
• A nationally certified EMT with current CPR for healthcare providers (AHA, ASHE)
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, etc.)
• A minimum of 1 year of specialized and/or advanced administrative, technical, and project management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
