We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Management: Assign tasks, direct staff, appraise performance, and address complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and quality service.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Oversee staff adherence to state and company regulations, including health codes and employee handbook guidelines.
  • Staff Relations: Maintain a positive rapport with staff by being knowledgeable and supportive regarding the outlet and resort.
  • Revenue Accuracy: Complete and balance all reports and money at the end of each shift to ensure proper revenue.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Cover absent positions, contribute to team goals, and complete related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 to 6 months of Supervisory Experience (preferred)
