Job Description

At Woodard Cleaning and Restoration, we are seeking a skilled Construction Porter to support our teams in the field by ensuring they have the necessary materials when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, understand, and interpret construction work orders to ensure accurate material delivery.
  • Pick up and load flooring and construction materials from vendors, ensuring loads are accurate and thoroughly secured for delivery.
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack to efficiently transport materials to jobsites and/or warehouse.
  • Deliver and unload materials to jobsites and/or warehouse, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform a variety of assigned tasks and projects in the warehouse, including emergency on-call board-up rotation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with forklifts is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Class E Driver's License within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move 75lbs - 100lbs alone and more than 100lbs with another person.
