Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide high-quality patient care in the Telemetry Unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions, making adjustments as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Hawai'i Registered Nurse License
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) cards
  • One year of recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in Telemetry
