Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN (Weekend Opportunities) to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with transitions from hospital to home and providing continuous care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent nursing skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on your patients' lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Document patient care in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach family members about patient care and promote healthy habits
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; LPN/LVN licensure in applicable state
  • Current CPR certification and TB skin test within past 12 months
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
