Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and supportive care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant, your duties will include:
  • Providing direct care to residents, including transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encouraging residents to maintain their highest level of independence
  • Validating residents' concerns and reporting any issues to supervisors

Requirements

To be successful as a Nursing Assistant, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a State-approved program in nursing assistant training
  • Registration with the State of Minnesota
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
