Radiology Imaging Specialist

UCHealth is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join their team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing various imaging procedures. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviews patient history and initiates radiographic images based on physician orders
• Safely administers contrast media or associated imaging medications while monitoring patient condition
• Implements techniques to yield clarity in image, quality control, and equipment functionality based on established best practices in Radiology
• Responds and reports changes in patient condition as appropriate
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with any required specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with a valid card in-hand before start date
