Nursing Operations Manager for Long-term Care

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Operations Manager to join our team in Clovis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies, practice standards, and regulations.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience. Job Description
This role involves supervising nursing staff, implementing care delivery models and processes, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff, and participating in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentoring staff, and making recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution, current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing, at least three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity. A BSN is preferred, and you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
