QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- No prior experience is necessary, but a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred;
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights;
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly;
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts;
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
