About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team at PlanMember Financial Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail Processing: Process and distribute mail to clients, representatives, and third-party vendors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Entry System (OES) Operations: Receive, sort, and scan OES operations mail in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Marketing Materials Production: Produce, assemble, pack, and ship marketing materials upon request, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Logistics and Shipping: Pick up and drop off mail to and from the Post Office on a rotating basis, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Check Handling: Log live checks received at PlanMember Financial Corporation in the internal check blotter, and scan operations live checks and check copies to the custodian bank daily using Remote Deposit Capture on a rotating basis.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide support to the fulfillment/OES supervisor in production color machine print job requests and troubleshooting from creative services and marketing departments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous work experience in a fulfillment/office setting or warehouse desired but not required.
  • Skills: Organizational citizenship, quality focus, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, active listening, strong communication and interpersonal skills, extended task focus, information seeking, ability to understand and follow directions, time management, composure, and resiliency, accountability, adaptability, willingness to learn and adapt to changing financial processes and technologies, compliance with financial regulations and standards, planning and priority setting.
Physical Requirements

This role typically requires sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods. Minor lifting of up to 25 pounds and carrying of items may be required.
