Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Oncologist to join our team at the University of Utah. As a key member of our Pediatric Hematology/Oncology department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and advancing our research efforts in pediatric solid tumors and sarcomas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical patient care services to patients with cancer and blood disorders, focusing on solid tumors and sarcomas
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Engage in research and academic activities, including education, investigation, and administration
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols
Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology-Oncology
  • Experience in pediatric oncology, with a focus on solid tumors and sarcomas
  • Strong clinical and research skills, with a commitment to advancing the field of pediatric oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
