HRIS Strategic Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Strategic Partner to join our team at The Staff Pad. This role is based in Montana and requires a strong vision for delivering exceptional human resources services.
In this position, you will utilize your expertise in HRIS and human resources to drive organizational success. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software. You will also analyze workforce metrics with Finance Analysts to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates.
Your duties will involve utilizing hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of the workforce. You will apply models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts and produce reports and visualizations that provide easily understandable information required for decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Oracle and other HR systems.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of related HRIS, IT, or comparable analytical experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or Human Resources discipline. A High School Diploma, HiSET, or GED equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP certifications are also desired. The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
