The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000.

Job Description

As a Course Pace Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the posted pace of play throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Starting Players on the First Tee: You will ensure players understand the rules of play for the day, setting them up for a great experience.
  • Maintaining an Accurate Starting Sheet: This critical task will enable you to track player movements and prevent delays.
  • Cuing Groups to Move to the First Tee: By coordinating group movement, you will help maintain a smooth pace of play.
  • Touring the Golf Course: As you assist players throughout the course, you will be responsible for maintaining proper spacing to avoid delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong educational foundation is essential for this position.
  • Related Experience and/or Training: One to three months of experience in a similar role or equivalent training is preferred.
