This role will focus on Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Finance Systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the enterprise systems and integrations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Develop and manage the budget for enterprise systems and integrations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and custom application development.
* Proficiency in using Workday, Right Rev systems for system integrations.
* Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
* Expertise in data migration, ETL processes, and data integration best practices.
