Corporate Training Manager

At Adams and Associates, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Training Manager to oversee the organization, maintenance, and implementation of our staff training and professional development programs. This role will collaborate with key staff to coordinate the logistics of training events and serve as the primary administrator for the evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall execution of our corporate staff training and development programs, including data collection and maintenance in Azure and our Company LMS.
  • Acquire and maintain certification for our staff training and professional development programs.
  • Work with functional team leads, corporate HR, and contract site management team members to assess annual training needs.
  • Ensure training materials are updated and relevant.
  • Ensure compliance with contract, company, and government training requirements.
  • Identify and develop corporate staff training programs, resources, and delivery systems that are function-specific and competency validated.
  • Provide corporate HR support by assisting with the transition process resulting from the acquisition of new centers and assisting with training of contract site HR teams in Azure and our Company LMS.
  • Aid in the development of learning solutions to meet the needs of staff, including events and tools.
  • Track progress and action items to ensure all parties are well-informed and have the necessary tools to actively participate in the effort.
  • Function as both a trainer and facilitator.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in staff training/development, human resources, education, or a business-related discipline is required. A minimum of three years of experience in human resource management, staff training and development, and/or Job Corps management is also required. Computer literacy and proficiency in presentation software, word processing, and spreadsheet applications are necessary. Experience with SharePoint, Survey Monkey, and WebEx is a plus. Travel is required.
