Automotive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant to join our team at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with tire selections, and ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop.

• Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ordering parts as needed
• Ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, exceeding customer expectations
• Communicating safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relay to customers
• Providing basic math and PC skills to support the team

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
