Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, collecting plasma from donors, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the donation process
  • Collect plasma from donors, following strict protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information, including medical history and vital signs
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve center goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • English/Spanish proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We're committed to equitable pay and strive to be transparent with our pay practices.
