Ski Instructor

We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Ski & Ride School team at Jay Peak Resort. As a ski instructor, you'll have the opportunity to share your love of skiing and snowboarding with our guests, while also developing your teaching skills and expertise.

• Deliver high-quality instruction and experiences to our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience on the mountain.
• Attend training sessions to continually improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.
• Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Participate in mountain maintenance and upkeep, including sweeping the mountain at the end of the day.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and ensure your equipment is in good working order.
• Attend all scheduled line-ups and be prepared to receive assigned guests for instruction.

• PSIA certification is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• A passion for skiing and snowboarding, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and a commitment to meeting the needs of our guests.
