Job Overview

American Overhead Door, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking skilled professionals to join their team as Commercial Door Service Technicians. Upon completion of training, you will be rewarded with a company work vehicle. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction labor, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employees will be trained by industry experts to perform maintenance and repairs on roll-up doors, also known as dock doors.
  • You will identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
  • Employees will be responsible for tracking and maintaining job-related paperwork and submitting it in a timely manner.
  • You will operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a construction-related industry.
  • Well-versed in the use of hand tools, including impact drills.
  • 3+ years of electrical experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
