About the Role:
LA JOLLA NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER is seeking an experienced PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) to join our dedicated team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be working with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled PTA to assist in the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in the assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patients
- Implement treatment plans and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
