About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Strategy and Innovation Specialist to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our product management and sourcing team, you will be responsible for supporting product lifecycle management, conducting market research, and contributing to strategies that bring innovative AI-driven features to our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor products, and AI features that support product strategy and development.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and align product features with market needs to ensure we meet the evolving demands of our customers.
  • Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings to support the product development process and ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • Project Management: Track project timelines, document specifications, and help prioritize features, especially AI-related ones.
  • Communication: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand customer needs and assist in go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally with coursework in AI or machine learning.
  • Curiosity about product management and AI applications, with a desire to learn about the consumer electronics and smartphone industries.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools (e.g., machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.

We offer a 12-week paid learning experience with opportunities to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. You will receive hands-on training and support from experienced professionals, enabling you to develop valuable skills in product development, sourcing, and innovation.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $25-$35 per hour, depending on location and experience. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
