About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Ambulatory Care team at Sage Road Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate patient care and personnel needs in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic environment
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate ambulatory health care services, programs, and activities
  • Collaborate with nursing colleagues to promote optimal utilization of nursing resources and improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance clinic operations and practices for ongoing quality improvement
  • Manage specific clinic operations in the absence of the Health Center Administrator/Practice Manager and be available on-call for emergencies
Requirements
  • Three years of nursing experience, with a focus on ambulatory care
  • Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • BCLS certification required
  • Leadership certification within three months of hire
