Job Title: IT Support Team Lead

Leidos Holding is seeking an experienced IT Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the management and optimization of the information technology responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection of individuals, joining, and undergoing the initial military training for the United States Army.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend IT strategies aligned with the objectives of the Army's accession process.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and applications within the AIE, including recruitment management, applicant tracking, assessment tools, and reporting systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting and maintaining the AIE.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Army, including recruiters, assessors, training personnel, and senior leadership, to understand their IT requirements and priorities.
  • Assist the Program Management Office in ensuring that the program adheres to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Manage IT projects related to the enhancement, expansion, or integration of AIE systems and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on system administration, application management, and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of M365 tools (e.g., Power Automate, Lists, Forms, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of IT and onboarding processes within the military context, preferably with experience in the U.S. Army.
  • DoD M IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SSCP).
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., Agile, SAFe Agile) preferred.
