Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a charismatic and fitness-obsessed individual to join our team as an SLT Megastar Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching high-energy, low-impact classes that strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body.

Audition Details

We will be hosting auditions in the Tri-State Area and will reach out directly with specifics. Once selected, you will undergo a multi-day intensive training program, followed by 1:1 training with a mentor.

Training Program

The training process will last approximately 8-12 weeks and will cover the SLT method, the Megaformer, and how to teach and motivate clients. You will also have access to discounted/free services with our Health/Wellness partners.

SLTEAM Perks

As an SLT Instructor, you will enjoy perks such as free classes, merchandise discounts, and access to company continuing education workshops. You will be expected to teach at least 5 classes per month and attend company events.
