The role of Phlebotomy Specialist - Clinical Blood Collector at TalentBurst offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the field of patient care. Estimated Salary: $65,000 per annum. With experience in phlebotomy, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have strong organizational abilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
