We are seeking a talented Designer, Knits to join our team at KnitWell Group. As a Designer, Knits, you will be responsible for executing the design process from conception to final prototype for assigned products.

The Role

You will demonstrate the company's values by maintaining effective collaborative relationships, taking pride in the company and brand, and embracing diversity. Your responsibilities will include researching global markets to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, creating and executing the vision, and ensuring product consistency with market trends while maintaining the brand identity and business strategy.

Your Impact
  • Researches global markets to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.

  • Accountable for departmental financial/sales goals.
  • Ensures product consistency with market trends while maintaining the brand identity and business strategy.
  • Executes silhouette, fit, and styling direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design.
  • 4-6 years of Design experience.
  • Creative and innovative sketching, design, and conceptualization skills.
  • Ability to design around concepts.
  • Outstanding sense of style and color.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
