Job Summary:

Our Physical Therapy Assistant will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans, assist patients with exercises, monitor their progress, and document outcomes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with electronic medical records and knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and follow the plan of care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist while providing patient care.
  • Consult with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and assist with discharge planning for individual patients.
  • Instruct patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities.
  • Assist with patient program management while delivering quality patient services.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
  • Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Arizona.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).


Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
