Job Overview:

We are seeking an IT Acquisition Specialist to join our team at NetCov. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all asset renewals and purchasing aligned with our clients' goals and business objectives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead procurement initiatives, source project materials, and coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of assets. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage proactive and reactive auditing of client services, security, and network infrastructure to ensure on-time asset renewal.
  • Follow quoting and sourcing request processes to prepare quotes for hardware and software requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop standard solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Place approved orders with partner distributors and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of industry experience or a record of achievement in the IT sector.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent training.
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure Fundamentals certifications a plus.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Sell or similar quoting systems a plus.

Benefits and Logistics:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and a high attention to detail. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional travel required.
