About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC's 'Live Well' philosophy, living strong, living long, and living fit. As a Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment that adheres to GNC standards and ensures products are easy to see and buy.
  • Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
  • Achieve personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
  • Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and managerial skills, such as giving feedback to store associates regarding work performance on an ongoing basis, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
  • Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to GNC procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements

This role requires a five-day workweek with approximately 40 hours of work per week. Managers must adhere to specific guidelines based on store type:

  • Mall managers: Work at least two nights during the week until closing, one weekend night, and one other night.
  • Strip center managers: Work a full shift on Saturdays and at least two nights during the week until closing.
  • Downtown store managers: Work during the lunch hour Monday through Friday and one night per week until closing.
  • Managers of all store types: Work major U.S. holidays when stores are open.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. This role is eligible for bi-weekly Store Incentive Program and Monthly Operational Incentive Plan participation.
