License: Required current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Job Description:

  • Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population, promoting optimal rehabilitation and recovery outcomes.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Engage in double-booking follow-up visits as necessary, ensuring seamless patient care and minimizing wait times.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, supporting patient rehabilitation and recovery goals.
  • Exhibit flexibility to work variable shifts as needed, aligning with the clinic's operational hours and patient needs.
