Job Overview

The Flowery NY is seeking a talented Cannabis Brand Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand strategy and development. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and growing our brand across all channels.

About The Job

In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns. This includes creating engaging social media content, planning and executing memorable in-store and off-site experiences, and collaborating with third-party brands to create exciting co-branded experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that connect with our audience and strengthen our identity.
  • Campaign & Activation Leadership: Plan and execute memorable in-store and off-site experiences, including store openings, holiday events, and community events.
  • Collaboration with Third-Party Brands: Collaborate with third-party brands to create exciting co-branded experiences and joint promotions.
  • Market Insights & Performance: Stay on top of the latest trends and competitor activities, using your insights to shape strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns deliver strong results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the cannabis or CPG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cannabis industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with brand performance data and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and legal considerations in cannabis marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing software tools, including social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
