Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator - Physician Office to provide administrative support to one or more physicians and/or advanced providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and triage messages to faculty and/or APPs.
  • Send and collect referrals, and schedule clinical appointments.
  • Manage professional memberships, licensure, and process reimbursements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • One-year experience of clerical or general office support required.
