Job Summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team for a 13 week contract in Grandview, Washington.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive understanding of patient needs and goals.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
  • 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40.25 per hour, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. This compensation package includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate range is $37.25 to $42.25.
