Centrifuge Operator

HPC Industrial is seeking a skilled Centrifuge Operator to join their team in Norco, LA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and proper execution of industrial projects requiring a centrifuge for dewatering applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed
• Operating centrifuges to meet customer expectations
• Operating special equipment, such as air diaphragm and positive displacement pumps
• Performing routine maintenance on company equipment
• Additional duties as assigned

Working Environment:

Industrial setting, refinery, petrochemical, utilities, pulp and paper mills, etc.

Requirements:

• Specific vocational preparation, including classroom safety training and on-the-job training
• Centrifuge operating experience
• Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations
• Valid driver's license and other requirements of company's driving policy

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
