Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new clients using proven sales methods.
  • Build a book of business through outbound phone sales and cold calls.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Insight Enterprises to key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and distributors, including HP, Cisco, Dell, VMWare, Lenovo, Google, Red Hat, and Microsoft.
  • Manage time effectively to achieve daily sales goals and metrics.
  • Plan daily and weekly activities to achieve sales goals and metrics.
  • Prepare quotes and bids as necessary.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience selling technical products with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts via phone.
  • Strong preference for selling at least one of the following product lines: HP, Cisco, Dell, VMWare, Lenovo, Google, Red Hat, or Microsoft.
  • High energy, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and competitive drive to surpass goals and succeed.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate opportunities and produce results.

The base salary range for this position is typically $45,000 to $55,000, with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location.
