Cleanroom Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleanroom Assembly Specialist to join our team at Aerotek in Devens, Massachusetts.

This is a fully onsite position where you will work in a cleanroom environment and be responsible for building, cleaning, and packing single-use assemblies.

• Assemble and inspect components in a cleanroom setting
• Maintain an ISO Class 7 environment by following cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any near-miss or first-aid events
• Participate in the continuous improvement process and adhere to change control procedures
• Evaluate and escalate potential process and product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of cleanroom experience
• Background in assembly, production, and medical device manufacturing
• Proficiency with hand tools and inspection processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow work instructions and cleanroom protocols

This is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You may also be eligible for our 2nd shift position, Monday through Thursday from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM, or our 3rd shift position, Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

The estimated salary for this position is $21.42 per hour. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance.
