Optical Sales Professional

The Sales Associate role at LensCrafters is a key position in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Frame Selection: Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
- Measurement and Consultation: Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Store Environment: Participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
- Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
- Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
