About the Job

The Lynd Company is seeking a highly motivated Residential Porter and Groundskeeper to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our properties, including grounds, models, and vacant units.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, trash removal, and pool area maintenance.
  2. Prepare vacant apartments for rental by completing make-ready duties, including repairs and cosmetic work.
  3. Identify and address any issues or concerns with property equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any problems or concerns to supervisors.
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
