Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team as a Float Position. As a key member of our clinical laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service at various worksites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel between worksites to collect blood and non-blood specimens from patients of all ages.
  • Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in the laboratory setting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record for the past three years.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
