Position Overview

Greg Archer - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a State Farm team member, you will play a key role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • People-oriented and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment and assess customer needs
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
