Oncology Senior Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oncology Key Account Manager to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies to drive growth across our diverse portfolio of Oncology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies for Innovative Accounts
- Serve as a liaison to our SCG partners on access opportunities, including ideation for complex contract strategy, education, and contract implementation
- Seek innovative opportunities beyond access positions, applying a broad understanding of Oncology to make effective solutions while balancing strategic choices
- Contribute to and drive the short and long-term vision and direction for an Innovative Account Plan, integrating and leading key overlapping J&J partners with aligned action plans and deliverables
- Shape and inform treatment guidelines to label and standards of care, including coordinating new product launches in high-science, sophisticated disease areas with targeted therapies
- Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, translating insights into developing strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes
- Develop strong customer relationships, partnering with key customers to co-create compliant value solutions to optimize patient care
- Embed Janssen portfolio and services into the Innovative Account Infrastructure, shaping and preparing markets for launch brands, including targeted therapies
- Serve as a Brand or Project lead/liaison, helping to shape opportunities with the Field Franchise team
- Analyze and apply internal/external market data to assess business opportunities and priorities, including relevant impact of regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement trends to elevate customer engagement
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of four (4) years of Key Account Management experience (or previous manager-level role)
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including an understanding of key stakeholders and delivery of care models
- Ability for up to 40% travel, including overnights
- A valid driver's license within the 50 United States
