Customer Engagement Manager

As a PetSmart Customer Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently, while delivering a personalized shopping experience for every pet parent who walks through our doors.
About Your RoleIn this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates who are dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. You'll work closely with our store teams to set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Leading a team of associates who are passionate about pets and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with our store teams to ensure a safe and fun environment for our pets and pet parents
- Providing coaching and development opportunities to help our associates grow and succeed in their roles
