At Piedmont Eastside Medical Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position working nights in our state-of-the-art NICU unit.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families. As an RN on our NICU team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $104,000 - $122,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment to ensure the highest level of quality care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and family.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current Georgia license as a Registered Nurse or Multistate License (eNLC).
  • BLS certification.
  • Graduate of a nursing program.
  • New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
  • Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
