Job Overview

Curtis Lane Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled Equipment Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves selling service repairs and maintenance, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell service repairs and maintenance, sell spare and replacement parts for compact equipment and attachments while providing excellent customer service.
  • Parts Counter Operations: Balance money drawer, print invoices, answer telephone promptly, look up, locate and stock parts.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Demonstrate safety knowledge and skills, use Aspen accounting software and Bobcat parts systems.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain store inventory processes, including putting away truck deliveries.
  • Service Delivery: Generate service revenue by scheduling and tracking timely repairs for rental and customer equipment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year service and maintenance experience.
  • A good understanding of Bobcat maintenance requirements and typical repairs.
  • Effective communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • An understanding of business management.
  • A valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits after 90 days, paid time off, weekends off, and paid holidays.
