Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual sales targets.
- Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Execute short and long-term plans to achieve sales goals and support the store's business strategy.
- Maintain a neat and organized store, including product and brand image presentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of specialty retail store experience.
- Working knowledge of store operation procedures.
- Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
