Job Summary: To maintain cleanliness and provide sanitary dishes for staff and guests. Assist with staff meals and maintain other assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and run the dish machine efficiently, adhering to proper chemical use and storage.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, coolers, freezers, cafeteria storerooms, and all walls and floors.
• Properly store food and chemicals when delivered to the premises.
• Maintain proper service ware for all areas, including the line, pastry, and restaurant.
• Ensure a busy and productive work environment.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Remove garbage when necessary.
• Maintain a good relationship with staff, management, and guests.
• Label and date all products stored in the cafeteria.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
• Ensure the cafeteria is clean and well-organized.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and encourage others to do the same.
• Be flexible and willing to work holidays.
• Clean and organize coolers before the end of the shift.
• Adhere to the employee handbook.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by hotel management.
