About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Health Therapist to join our team in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a full-time travel contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a hospital setting and provide exceptional care to patients.

As a Mobile Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and achieve their treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Active NH Hospital license
  • 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
